Papaya is the new fusion restaurant in Naas, that everyone is talking about and for good reason. It has talented speciality chefs, masterfully coordinated by the new owner who was the ‘Chef de partie’ of The Royal Meridien in Dubai, one of the most well-known hotels in the world.

He was also the Senior Chef de partie for the exclusive Marino Yacht Club, again in Dubai.He brings with him a belief in fine dining & quality of food which is more than evident. Papaya is a completely new entity under new management. The three styles of cooking are Thai, Indian & Chinese with a speciality chef for each one.

Papaya has one principal viewpoint, one that is the pillar of the establishment. Fusion. It is the quintessence of choice and convenience. One can have a Chinese starter, an Indian main, and Thai side, or vice versa. The combinations and choices are abundant. Even if you want to keep to the one cuisine, it is completely possible, all of which, is up to You.
